Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s listed price. If you are unsure whether the item is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This includes electronic items that have been flashed with firmware other than the originally shipped firmware.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take 5-10 days for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may delay the posting of refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected], and we will provide further instructions.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will arrive in the same condition it was sent.

Credit Card Fee

For orders placed using a credit card, a 3.5% fee is charged. This fee is collected by the credit card company. If a refund is requested for a credit card payment, we can refund the full amount except for the credit card fee.

For bank transfers, no fee is charged, so a full refund can be issued.
