30-Day Return Window

From the date of delivery. No questions asked for unused items.

Eligibility

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Custom and made-to-order items, including paragliding wings, are final sale (see below)

Final Sale

Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Including Wings)

Paragliding wings and other custom or made-to-order products are built to order. When you place the order, the factory begins making that item specifically for you — it isn't pulled from a shelf.

Because of this, these items are final sale. Once your order is placed and payment is made, a wing (or any made-to-order item) cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded — even before it ships, and even if it hasn't been built yet. Unlike stock products, a custom item can't simply be restocked and resold, so we're unable to take it back.

Please double-check your model, size, and color before ordering, and contact us first if you're unsure — we're glad to help you get it right.

Defects are still covered. This policy is about cancellations and change-of-mind returns — it doesn't affect your warranty. If a made-to-order item arrives with a genuine manufacturing or factory defect, it's covered under the applicable warranty. Email support@openppg.com and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Contact Us

Email support@openppg.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Get Your RMA

We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address with the RMA number visible.

Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the refund will appear on your statement. For PayPal payments, the refund goes back to your PayPal account.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a flat 15% restocking fee. Credit-card processing fees of 3.5% are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different product or configuration? We make exchanges easy:

  • Contact us to initiate an exchange within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchange items ship once the original is received and inspected

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are deducted from the refund. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact support and we will work with you on the best path to resolve it.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Contact us for the most cost-effective return options.
