These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OpenPPG website and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

We make every effort to display our products and their specifications accurately. Actual colors, weights, and details may vary, and product descriptions may contain typographical errors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance.

Certain products are custom-built or made-to-order. Lead times stated at checkout or on product pages are estimates, not guarantees.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is processed by third-party providers; your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees not collected at checkout.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Return Policy, and product coverage by our Warranty. Each is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them before purchasing.

Powered paragliding and the operation of paramotors is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. Our products are sold for use by appropriately trained individuals who accept all risks of the activity. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper training, for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and for operating equipment safely. Nothing on this site is a substitute for certified instruction.

The site and its content — excluding open-source materials we publish under their own licenses — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenPPG and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
