Order Processing

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Custom-built and made-to-order products (including paramotors built to your configuration and made-to-order wings) require additional lead time, which is noted at checkout or on the product page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, package weight and dimensions, and your destination. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.

We ship via major carriers. Some large or hazardous items (for example, lithium battery packs) may be restricted to ground service or require special handling, which can affect available methods and delivery time.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins once the order ships, not when it is placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

International customers can also manufacture certain replacement frame parts locally using our open-source CAD files. Contact us for a shipping quote to your country.

Battery and Hazmat Shipments

Lithium battery packs are regulated as dangerous goods. They ship in compliance with applicable transport regulations, may be limited to ground transport, and may not be eligible for expedited or international air service in all regions.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Inspect your order on arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help file a claim and arrange a resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment.
